In these series of episodes Shaikh Abu Usama Dhahabi talks on the topic of the Major Sins Series, he explained in his talk the introduction to the topic , he has taken the topic from the book of Kabair by Imam Al-Dhahabi, and he explained the major sins that were mentioned in the book. A very interesting series.

This item handles a significant issue which all of us are in need to it. It talks about how to purify ourselves. No doubt there are many diseases of one’s self as the body. People ought to take care of their selves’ diseases as they do towards their bodies. There are many diseases like: hatred, arrogance, betrayal and so on. We can make ourselves away from diseases and poisons through divine medicines mentioned in the Quran and the Sunnah.

This is a very useful hadith in which it mentions the most important issues in Islam i.e. pillars of Islam, pillars of Iman, pillars of Ihsan and signs of the Day of recompense. In this hadith, Angel Jibreel came to the Prophet Muhammad in a human body and asked him about some issues. The prophet answered all of his questions. All of that happened in the presence of some Companions. All people ought to understand meanings of this hadith, for it illustrates bases of the Islamic Creed in general.
In these series, Dr. Saleh As-Saleh explains some hadiths from Umdat Al-Ahkam. He shows timings of Salaah, prohibited times to pray and how a Muslim can make up the prayer if s/he misses it. He also explains the rulings of imamah, adhaan and iqaamah, facing the qiblah, congregational prayer and rows in prayer. He also illustrates the optional prayers.
In this series, Dr. Saleh As-Saleh explains Book of Purification from Umdat Al-Ahkam. Umdat Al-Ahkam is written by Imam Abdul-Ghani Al-Maqdesi. Umdat Al-Ahkam contains some of the most authentic Hadiths of the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him). They are chosen from Sahih Al-Bukhari and Sahih Muslim. They are listed according to their topics of the Islamic Law so that the scholars can extract and deduce Islamic rulings from them easily.
In these lectures, Dr. Saleh As-Saleh explains a pamphlet written by Imam Muhammad ibn Suleiman At-Tamimi (Muhammad ibn Abdul-Wahhab). It shows rules of Islamic monotheism and rules of polytheism. It also illustrates the valid and invalid intercessions.
In this series, Dr. Saleh as-Saleh explains a book authored by Sheikh Al-Islam Muhammad ibn Abdul-Wahhab entitled, "The Three Fundamental Principles". This book discusses the three questions which the person will be asked in the grave. In his explanation, Dr. Saleh As-Saleh depends on explanations of Sh. Ibn Baaz, Sh. Ibn Utheimeen, Sh. Saaleh Al-Fawzan and Sh. Abdullah Al-Fawzan (may Allaah reward them all).
These are five short lectures about some issues about children such as bringing them to masjeds, ruling on their standing in the first row in the congregational prayers, offering sacrifice when they are born and their signs of puberty.
In these lectures, Dr. Saleh As-Saleh talks about some lessons which we should teach to our children. Before he shows these lessons, he stresses that we are responsible for keeping our children away from the Hell in the hereafter. Afterward, he explains how to teach monotheism to our children. He also relates some events from our Prophet’s biography. Finally, he gives a lecture on prayer for beginners.
No doubt that Islam is the religion of mercy so it is interested in making worship of Allah easy even if while travelling. Thus it legislates shortening and combining the prayers, praying the supererogatory prayers on the mount and breaking the obligatory fast. In addition, it legislates wiping on socks for three days unlike those not traveling who wiping only for a day.
In these lectures Dr. Saleh As-Saleh explains a chapter written by Imam Ibn Al-Qayyem entitled, \”Dispraise the Lowly Desires.\” Dr. Saleh introduces these lectures with a short biography of this Imam and shows his birth, life and death. Afterwards he begins to explain the chapter and shows how Muslims can avoid the lowly desires (Al-hawa) through several points.
These short lectures are concerned with the biography of the Prophet (peace be upon him) in a form of questions and answers. Although they were delivered for beginners and kids but they are very good for all ages as well. They are very interesting especially they make you aware about our Prophet’s life in short time.
In this series, Dr. Saleh As-Saleh deals with the sixth pillar of Islamic creed, Al-Qadar (Pre-decree of Allah). All of us know that Allah teaches us how to behave wisely so He is the All-Wise so we should believe in pre-decree of Allah, its good and its bad. We should understand this pillar based on the Quranic verses and the authentic Sunnah not based on personal opinions. Pre-decree of Allah has four ranks: knowledge, writing, willing and creation. The lecturer answers an important question: is man endowed with a free will? He also confirms that evil is not attributable to Allaah. In addition, he explains the difference between the universal will and the legal will.
These are 56 audio files explain some of Forty Nawawi Hadiths. These forty hadiths are concerned with various rulings of Islam such as: sincerity, patience, certainty, trust in Allah, steadfastness in abiding by Islam’s aspects, morals and manners … etc. This book is approximately well-known in all Islamic countries, which is an evidence of Imam An-Nawawi’s sincerity.
Dr. Saleh As-Saleh shows rulings of vow in Islam through some texts from book “Beneficial Saying for Explanation of Book of At-Tawhid” authored by Sh. M. ibn Abdul-Wahhab. He shows the definition of vow in Islam and explains that it is an act of shirk (disbelief) to make vow to other than Allah. He illustrates the issues that a person can make a vow regarding it.
In these lectures, Dr. Saleh As-Saleh shows oath’s rulings. He explains types of oath such as: unintentional, ghamous …etc. He shows that oath may be obligatory, recommended, forbidden, disliked or permissible. He also illustrates meaning of exception in oath, repetition of oath, how to expiate breaking the oath.
In this series, Dr. Saleh As-Saleh explains Surat Al-Kahf, Chapter number 18 in the Quran. There are many texts from the Sunnah mentioned its virtues such as: Abu Sa’eed Al-Khudri narrated that the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) said, “Whoever reads Surat Al-Kahf on the night of Jumu’ah (Friday), will have a light that will stretch between him and the Ancient House (the Ka’bah).” (Reported by Ad-Daaremi and graded as authentic by Sh. Al-Albani in his book “Sahih Al-Jami’.
In this series, Dr. Saleh As-Saleh explains some hadeeths from book (Riyad As-Saleheen). Riyad As-Saleheen was authored by Imam An-Nawawi who was a great scholar of Hadith and Fiqh. It is considered one of the most important books and widespread all over the world. It has this prestige due to: (1) It contains the most important issues that Muslims need in their daily life. (2) All its hadeeths are authentic except some few ones. (3) It is very summarized so that all people can benefit from it.
In this series, Dr. Saleh As-Saleh explains the Book of At-Tawheed written by Sh. Muhammad ibn Abdul-Wahhab. Dr. Saleh As-Saleh explains this book based on explanation of Sh. Ibn Uthaimin called the Beneficial Sayings Explaining the Book of At-Tawheed. The book of At-Tawheed shows the belief of Ahl As-Sunnah wa al-Jama’ah. It is a very important book shows the monotheism, its virtues and its nullifiers.
This is an explanation of the book of Ar-Riqaq from Sahih Al-Bukhari by Dr. Saleh as-Saleh. He depends on the explanation of Sh. Ibn Uthaimin’s explanation. This book is talking about narrations which softening the hearts because it becomes hard by sins. The first hadith in this book says that The Prophet said, "There are two blessings which many people lose: (They are) Health and free time for doing good."
