Abdul-Azeez ibn Abdul-Fattaah ibn Abdur-Raheem al-Qaari’ was born in Makkah in late 1365 H. He studied at the Institute of Islamic Sciences in Riyad from 1375 to 1380 H. He graduated from Sharee’ah Faculty, Islamic University in 1389 H. His higher education was in al-Azhar University in Cairo, Egypt. He had a Master’s from Sharee’ah and Law Faculty in 1393 H. and Ph.D. in Fiqh of the Islamic Politics in 1399 H.

He is an assistant professor at Faculty of Al-Quran Al-Karim and Islamic Studies in Madina, KSA. He was born in Qalyoubeyyah, Egypt in June 1923 and died in 1409 H. He authored lots of books.
