Abdul Hakeem Bin Habibullah: A translator from China.

Abdul-Azeez ibn Abdul-Fattaah ibn Abdur-Raheem al-Qaari’ was born in Makkah in late 1365 H. He studied at the Institute of Islamic Sciences in Riyad from 1375 to 1380 H. He graduated from Sharee’ah Faculty, Islamic University in 1389 H. His higher education was in al-Azhar University in Cairo, Egypt. He had a Master’s from Sharee’ah and Law Faculty in 1393 H. and Ph.D. in Fiqh of the Islamic Politics in 1399 H.

Dar As-Salam is a library taking care of printing Islamic Books in the international languages.

He is the writer of the famous book "Tuhfat Al-Aroos" and others.
