He is a student of Islamic knowledge and a lecturer in different aspects of Islamic knowledge: Islamic creed, Fiqh, Hadith Terminology and Principles of Islamic Fiqh.
He was born in Sharqiyyah, Egypt in 1939. He got a Bachelor in Islamic and Arabic Studies from Azhar University and Master’s and Ph.D. in Fundamentals of Fiqh. Currently he works at Department of Qira’aat (Modes of Recitation) in Um Al-Quran University.
