He was born in Riyad in 1401 and received a BA in Shareeah from Islamic University of Imam Muhammad ibn Soud and Master's from the High Institute of Judiciary. He also an imam of the Prophetic Masjed.
A writer, caller to Islam and one of the founders of League of Arab Universities Graduates in Thailand. Also, he is the father of Shaikh Reda Ahmad Samadi.
