His name is Abu Zakareyye Yahya ibn Sharaf An-Nawawy who was born in 631 AH and died in 676 AH. He is one of the major scholars of the Shafi’i jurisprudential school. He wrote books on various types of Islamic knowledge such as Explanation of Sahih Muslim, Riyad As-Salehin, Al-Azkar, and others.
