Description :His name is Abdullah ibn Al-Mullah Husein ibn Mar’i As-Sweedi Al-Abbaasi. He is one of the knowledgeable religious scholars in Iraq. He authored books in many fields such as Islamic creed, Fiqh, Arabic literature and others. He wrote a book entitled “Mu’tamar An-Najaf” (Conference of Najaf) in where he defends the Prophet’s Sunnah and shows defects of Shi’i doctrine. It is considered one of the most important books in this field. He died in 1174 H.
