An article about sincerity to Allah as conditions of acceptance of deeds are two:first:the deed should be sincere for the sake of Allah.second:the deed should be correct according to the legislation of the messenger pbuh.The person doing deeds without these two conditions is as a passenger filling a bag with sand transfering it but makes no benefit of it as Ibn Al Qaim said.

About Istikhara Prayer,its definition,its benefit,its manner and the need of muslim to it.If you want to practise Istikharah in permissable matter,perform two Rak`ah of optional prayer other than Fard prayers and after saying Assalamu `Alaikum to conclude the prayer offer the supplication (Du`a) of Istikhara .Then wait,if your mind is relieved then go on this matter and if you are annoyed quit it,and if you feel nothing wait and Allah will ordain what is good for you.
