As eyes are the mirror of the heart.If the person lowers his gaze,the heart lowers his desire.And if he releases his gaze,the heart releases his desire and becomes occupied with things he sees leading him away from what benefit him in the hereafter.

What is the great need of slaves to it as they can’t do without it.Supplication is the most beneficial cure and the enemy of trial preventing its occurance or lessening it
