Shaikh Abu Al-Kamal ــ sometimes nicknamed himself Abu Al-Hasan ــ Abd Al-Ghani ibn Muhammad Abd Al-Khaliq ibn Hasan ibn Mustafa Al-Misri Al-Qahiri. He was born, raised and died in Cairo, Egypt.
