Born in Riyadh in 1387 AH, and grew up in the care of his parents, memorize the Quran, and began to seek knowledge by a number of Scholars, the author of many books. - Joined the Scientific Institute of the University of Imam Muhammad bin Saud, then joined the faculty of religion at the University and graduated in 1410, then named energetic graduate enrolled in the Higher Institute of Justice and completed the MBA’s, Master’s thesis was entitled: (documentation contracts in Islamic law). - Died - may God have mercy on him - the night of Saturday, 13 - 2 - 1425 in a horrific traffic accident on his way from Riyadh to Al-Ahsa.
