He graduated from Sharee’ah Faculty, Islamic University in 1389 H. His higher education was in al-Azhar University in Cairo, Egypt. He had a Master’s from Sharee’ah and Law Faculty in 1393 H. and Ph.D. in Fiqh of the Islamic Politics in 1399 H.
