When he turned 17, he started to ask what he was doing, seeing people talking in tongues, "supposedly" being healed on stage, people falling down when these evangelists lay their hands on them. After all that madness, Hamid decided to denounce religion altogether and he just told himself "I do not care who was the son of god, who was a messenger of god. He just told himself that I believe in one god and that’s it. When he was 24, he started to research Islam.
