A fatwa translated into English in which Sh. Muhammad ibn Saleh Al-Utheimin answers the following question, "What is the ruling on a person who is in ihraam and suffers from incontinence putting something over his private parts – such as a bag – so that the najaasah (impurity) will not spread? Is this one of the things that are forbidden in ihraam?"

A fatwa translated into English in which the Standing Committee for Scientific Research and Ifta, Dawah and Guidance answers the following question, "Can one living here in Saudi Arabia do Umrah by the name of any person living in home country if: (1) The person is capable of coming here in the future, or (2) The person cannot come here for any reasons like economy or health?"

What is the ruling on that, and what is the ruling on the salary I takeو knowing that my personal circumstances and my work circumstances do not allow me to have a mahram with me?"

A fatwa translated into English in which Sh. Abdulkarim Al-Khudeir answers the following question, "My father died last year. He intended to go to Hajj this year. My question is: Can I send some other person to do Hajj on his behalf? Does that person need to be a relative? What about the sacrifice performed during Hajj? Would that need to be in my father's name or the other person's name?"

A fatwa translated into English in which Sh. Abdulkarim Al-Khudeir answers the following question, "Some days ago, I read Surat Aal-'Imran and found the words of Allah that men owe Hajj to Allah. This is my last semester of studying in the US and I have some money (around $2000). However, I am afraid that if I spend this money on hajj and my mother will know, she will get upset. She does not like that I am practicing Islam. On the one hand, I do not know if I have another chance to go for hajj in the future. The money for my studying is coming from the Kazakhstani government and this is my last semester in the US. In other words, after I finish, insha Allah!, I will have to go back to Kazakhstan to work for the government for 5 years and I do not know whether I will be rich enough in Kazakhstan to make Hajj. What do you think I should do? On the other hand, if Allah wills, and I save this money, I would go home and probably buy a car so that my mother, at last, will get richer. She brought me up by herself since I was 3 years old. My father died when I was 3 years old. I know how difficult it was for her to bring me up by herself without a husband and even good enough relatives. May Allah reward you for your work and let you and your family enter Paradise!"

A fatwa translated into English in which the Standing Committee for Scientific Research and Ifta, Dawah and Guidance answers the following question, "What constitutes being able to go for Hajj?"

Which takes priority, doing the obligatory (first) Hajj, or paying off one’s father’s debt?.

A fatwa translated into English in which Sh. Muhammad ibn Saleh Al-Utheimin answers the following question, "If a person intends to do Hajj on behalf of someone who is unable to do it because of sickness or who has passed away, how should he do the rituals? Should he choose Hajj Tamattu’ (where one does ihraam for ‘umrah then after ‘umrah comes out of ihraam and does a new ihraam for Hajj) or al-Ifraad (where one does Hajj only)?"

A fatwa translated into English and answered by Sh. Saad Al-Humayyed which says, "Why are women not allowed to have 3 or 4 husbands but men can have 3 or 4 wives?"

A fatwa translated into English which was answered by Sh. Saleh al-Fawzan. It says, "If Eid al-Fitr coincides with Friday, is it permissible for me to pray the Eid prayer and not to pray Jumu’ah or vice versa?"

Muhammad Saleh Al-Munajjed (may Allah preserve him) answers the following question, "Given that Muhammad (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) was the best of the Prophets, why was he not lifted up into heaven instead of Prophet Jesus? And why did Allah single out Prophet Jesus to be lifted up into heaven and not any of the other Prophets?"

A significant Answer from Sh. Ibn Utheimeen to show the appropriate remedy for Devil's insinuating whispers. The person who experiences this problem should seek refuge with Allah, give up these thoughts completely, remember Allah and occupy himself with doing the righteous deeds.

A fatwa in English in which Sh. Saleh ibn Fawzaan al-Fawzaan answers the following question, "What is the ruling on finding money on the street, is one allowed to keep it?

A significant fatwa in English in which Sh. Muhammad ibn Saleh Al Utheimeen relates the importance of sincerity in pilgrimage to be accepted by Allah. He also mentions that there is nothing wrong with a person seeking the bounty of Allah by doing business whilst travelling to the Sacred House.

A fatwa in English in which Sh. Muhammad Saleh Al-Munajjed (may Allah preserve him) answers the following question, "When can I start fasting six days of Shawwal, since we have annual leave right now?"

A fatwa in English refutes some misconceptions related to the month of Safar in which people display pessimism about it so they do not marry or attend happy occasions during this month and instead they anticipate calamities and problems. Accordingly, they invent some prayers that are held in this month in order to protect themselves.
