A question:I didn’t fast in the first year after I became an adult and this was ten years ago.Should I make up the missed days alone or in addition to expiation?

The intention of fasting is obliged in the morning or at night as if it was said to you at the time of forenoon that this day is Ramadan should I make up that day?

An answer of the question:" I’m 16- year- old girl,I menstruated when I was thirteen years old but during that year I didn’t fast the whole Ramadan.My parents didn’t obliged me as they didn’t know that I became an adult.Should I fast the days I didn’t fast or what should I do?

If I saw a muslim eating or drinking forgetting that he is fasting in the morning of Ramadaan,should I tell him as in the hadith it is Allah who makes him eat and drink?
